By accessing or using Tour Frontier ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You agree to use Tour Frontier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.

Tour Frontier acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies). When you make a booking: • You enter into a direct contract with the travel provider, not with Tour Frontier • Prices displayed are subject to availability and may change until confirmed • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners • Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual travel providers • Tour Frontier earns a commission from providers at no additional cost to you

All content on Tour Frontier, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Tour Frontier or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tour Frontier does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Travel information, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Frontier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tour Frontier in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tour Frontier, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
