She co-founded Tour Frontier in 2020 after a chaotic trip to Southeast Asia convinced her that travel planning was fundamentally broken. Under her leadership, Tour Frontier has grown from a two-person startup to a team of 50 serving 3.2 million travelers worldwide. Sophia is a frequent speaker at travel technology conferences and has been named to Forbes's 30 Under 30 list for Consumer Technology.
Marcus is a former Airbnb Staff Engineer who built scalable infrastructure serving 50 million users. He co-founded Tour Frontier to apply his expertise in distributed systems and machine learning to the travel industry. Marcus leads Tour Frontier's engineering team of 20 and is the architect of the AI itinerary engine that processes over 50 million data points per query. He holds a BS in Computer Science from MIT and an MS in Machine Learning from Stanford.
